Dive into the history of Cognac De Luze with a behind-the-scenes look at the elaboration of our cognacs and a food pairing lunch.

Your visit will give you the opportunity to explore one of the largest family distilleries in Grande Champagne, and the art of aging will be revealed in an authentic cellar with walls blackened by the evaporation of the eaux-de-vie, or the ""angels' share"", as it's known.

An exclusive menu of food pairings based on Cognac De Luze VS, VSOP, XO and EXTRA will then await you at the Restaurant La Maison.
